India's foreign policy on Pakistan and China

I don't know what happened in recent past but India's foreign policy doesn't seem to be working really well.
China and Pakistan have formed an alliance and we might have to fight with both of them. We have come closer to America but I don't know how long it will last. Right now Donald Trump is tough on terrorism and he is against radical Islamic terrorists which seem to be similar thought process as prime minister Modi so looks like America could be a good Ally for India and because of that China has come closer to Pakistan.
Sushma swaraj speech in United Nations General Assembly was very good but it was too much concentrated on Pakistan. India is a big country we are considered to be one of the superpowers and when we go and talk against one small country then we bring herself to their level. Pakistan can never be compared to India India is much bigger much richer much stronger then Pakistan and now our foreign minister experience 6-minute proving that Pakistan is a Bad Country I felt it's just wasting of time yeah we should have spent a minute or two to just show the world that Pakistan is bad for spending 6 minutes means giving a lot of importance to Pakistan. I like things that sushma swaraj said in general assembly like climate change Maritime life and all those other issues.
No Pakistan has counter attack on India saying that in gas going to stare ISM which everybody knows is a lie but this is what I was worried about India is blaming on Pakistan Pakistan is blaming on India that means we are now fighting at their level. Pakistan is a mud while India is an IT superpower. And now we're fighting it Pakistan's level and we allow them to attack on us. Let's see I still like Christmas that I said but not sure about the consequences. If we want to fight we should just fight rather than using languages on each other. I hope very soon on other countries will start working with India and then we can have very good friends in this world who can help us when we go in the war.

Australia Defeated India at Pune

Australia Defeated India at Pune in first one day cricket match of the current 7 one day match cricket series.
Now you must be thinking what is new in this news,,, but we are No 1 team, just now we won Champions trophy. We defeated Australia several times. We were considered to be the best side in this world.
One major cause behind this defeat was our over confidence, few matches that we won in recent past have made us arrogant.
Australia came with 5 new players, they didn't have any experience of playing on Indian soil, their captain is new. Michel Clark was injured so he couldn't come. Still they defeated us.
I am not a correct person to comment on how Indian team should play, but I just wanted to tell them one thing that please concentrate on Cricket even if you are not playing, please don't leave Cricket completely when  you are on break. Like Virat Kohli who was busy in Ads and with girls for last 2 weeks. Similar to Virat all other players were busy in some personal stuffs.
This was not the case with Tendulkar, that's why he is the greatest cricketer in the world. Even Yuvraj Singh has learned from his mistakes.

Please concentrate on your game.

Narendra Modi is most searched Indian politician on Google

It's a great news for Modi fans but not so great for future of BJP in India.
The reason is:  except Modi, Sushma, and Jaylalita, all other politicians were from congress or UPA.
So as far as popularity is concerned, BJP have to go a long way.

Advani will eat Modi's career or vice versa...

Advani shouldn't be adamant at this time. It's fine that he is one of the senior leaders of bjp but let the core committee decide their leader.
If BJP will fight like this, congress will get the advantage.
If they don't want to see Rahul as India's PM then they need to show that they are united.

Why did the Jodhpur police conduct a potency test on Asaram?

Facing charges of sexually abusing a 15-year-old girl at his ashram, self-styled godman Asaram had to face further humiliation when the Jodhpur police carried out a potency test on him at the SN medical college after taking him into custody.
This test, done as part of the medical examination of an accused in a sexual assault case, forms part of the scientific evidence collected by the police. Section 53(A) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 lays down guidelines for conducting such an examination.
"When a person is arrested on a charge of committing an offence of such a nature (sexual) and alleged to have been committed under such circumstances that there are reasonable grounds for believing that an examination of this person will afford evidence as to the commission of an offence, it shall be lawful for a registered medical practitioner, acting at the request of a police officer not below the rank of sub- inspector, to make such an examination of the person arrested."
The test on the accused involves a physical examination to determine his ability to reach a state of arousal. The test determines if the accused is in a physical state to achieve penetration. It is a tool used by the police in cases of rape. However, in Asaram's case it is still unclear if there was rape or just molestation and so it remains to be seen how the Jodhpur police use this bit of evidence.
Asaram who is 72-year-old has claimed that he is incapable of committing the offence he has been charged with, but the test may prove otherwise. Deepak Maseeh, Criminal Lawyer practicing in the Supreme Court, says that the results will make the case against Asaram stronger.
"By virtue of section 53 of the CrPC the police have the power to carry out such an examination and it proves that Asaram's defence of being incapable of such a crime is false. It also establishes that the accused is not being truthful and is engineering defences. In the court the police will now try and establish that Asaram is not being completely honest and this test will form a strong part of the medical evidence against him. Which is significantly important in such a case," he said.
Meanwhile, Ajaypal Lamba, DCP of Jodhpur police refused to divulge details of the Potency report saying it will be presented in court. He also denied reports that Asaram is unwell.
